We love quality of work. With that being said, we only take a limited amount of events per week.

We recommend booking 6-8 months if your event date is during off peak season and 12-18 months if your date is during peak season.

Each venue will vary based on the contract you have with them. We love day before setups if at all possible.

All logistics are discussed during your final meeting which is held 3-4 weeks before your event date.

Please let us know who will need to be added as the additional insured. So we can send them a copy of the coverage.

INQUIRE

Once you submit an inquiry, you will receive a new client questionnaire to fill out. This will help me understand the logistics and vision of your wedding.

CHAT

After the questionnaire is filled out, we can schedule a 20-minute phone call to discuss your details and answer any questions.

BOOK

After our call, I will create a proposal for you. The proposal will be transparent and will include pricing and different deposit options. We can make changes at this step to best work with your style and budget.

DESIGN

Proofs of your designs will be sent out 3-4 weeks before your event date. Once they are finalized, I can begin the production process.

DELIVERY

Because some venues have strict setup times and we limited the amount of events we take. Your setup logistics will be confirmed the week prior with your planner/coordinator.
